[Flood damage to Castle Rock area]
1965
Flood damage to residential neighborhood in Castle Rock. Mickelson Office Building leased to Douglas County Soil Conservation Service washed into Sellar's Gulch. The building was salvaged and used by Stan Mickelson as a feed and tack room. Large trees, houses are still standing on either side of the gulch. Castle Rock (rock formation) is visible in the distance.
